Burpees may be shared among team members. Only one team member at a time is allowed complete burpees in the burpee zone.
The fastest 3 male and 3 female teams from each country qualify to represent their country in the World Championship.
Rules of some obstacles will be different from the individual race:
i. 奮力一搏-全隊必須一共完成4次，允許團隊協助。 Hercules Hoist – 4 full repetitions to complete (per team). Assistance allowed.
ii. 勝券在握-不得利用繩索攀墻，允許團隊協助。 Slip Wall –no rope may be used. Assistance allowed.
iii. 巨石挑戰-全隊必須一共完成4趟。 Atlas Carry – 4 “out-and-back” repetitions per team following the usual obstacle rules.
iv. 5-8呎高墻-選手們不得利用墻上的支撐物來攀爬。允許團隊協助。女性隊員則可以踩著木塊翻墻。 5’ to 8’ Walls – climb up and over the wall without touching the support structure. Assistance allowed. Female athletes are able to use red assistance blocks where provided.
v. 舉步維艱-一支團隊只能抱一個桶。每個成員都必須完成一圈，不過可以接受團隊協助。 Bucket Carry – 1 bucket per team. Each team member must complete one loop, however the bucket may be carried by one or more members.
vi. 扛沙上嶺-一共要完成3圈，每位成員都要背著2個沙袋，並且以接力的方式傳遞沙袋。每位隊員都必須完成一圈然後將沙袋傳給下一位選手。不得有團隊協助。 Sandbag Carry – 3 repetitions, two sandbags, completed as a continuous relay. Each team member must complete their loop then hand off the sandbag to the next team member until complete. No assistance allowed.
